What can I do for you?

I custom design nutritional, lifestyle and/or weight loss programs, based upon an in-depth nutritional consultation and wellness evaluation.

Working with you as your Nutritional Consultant, I can give you sound advice that is based on the latest scientific evidence - advice that is easy to follow and fits into your lifestyle. Through one-on-one consulting, I will provide you with the extra motivation and support that will help you achieve your health goals. I am here to help you make long-term changes to improve your health and eating habits. I do not deal with short term solutions such as diet pills or quick weight loss schemes. I deal with sound solutions to your health concerns. Think of me as your health coach and support person, who works with you during the change process.

Please keep in mind that change takes time and effort. I will hold you accountable for making changes but will also provide strategies for overcoming obstacles.

Your program will include an Initial Consultation and Follow-up appointments.

Initial Consultation:

The Initial Consultation, approximately 45-60 minutes, consists of: Assessment through health and nutrition profile forms, compilation of information about your lifestyle, daily schedule and food preferences, nutritional recommendations that outline what dietary changes are necessary to achieve your goals and nutritional supplement recommendations.

Follow-up Appointments

Follow-up appointments, approximately 25 minutes, are scheduled once every 1 to 3 weeks, depending upon your individual goals. Follow-up sessions are designed to monitor your progress and make any changes needed to enhance or alter your specific program. During each follow-up session, we will review your goals, track your progress and establish action steps for you to accomplish. Whether your health goals include weight loss, lowering cholesterol, managing menopause, or just learning how to eat right, allow me to help you stay on track and provide an opportunity for continued learning.

Maintaining new eating habits over the long term takes work. Continuing to see me a few times a year helps you deal with lapses when they occur, not after they accumulate.

Nutritional consultations and follow-up appointments can be conducted either In-person at my office or by Phone - if you are not able to travel to my office.
